Our Director is registered with the Building Practitioner’s Board as an Unlimited Building Surveyor within Victoria, Australia. We are therefore able to offer a complete range of approvals including full certification comprising Building Permit Approval and Occupation certificates within Victoria, Australia.
Furthermore, our Director has completed the Graduate Certificate in Performance Based Building Codes at Victoria University which recognises and allows us to accept Fire Engineered performance alternative solutions and provide Alternative Solution Assessment(s) / Dispensation Report(s) to the prescriptive requirements of the Building Code of Australia thus enabling greater flexibility in the interpretation of the Building Regulations.
When dealing with anchor certification, your project(s) will be dealt by a qualified Building Surveyor with over 20 years of experience, who is totally committed to your project(s) and in fact becomes part of the development team. In this role as a Registered Building Surveyor, he will guide your project from commencement to completion.
In addition, we are pre-qualified as a consultant with the entire Victorian Government Construction Supplier Register (the CSR). As a result Anchor Certification Pty Ltd is now included on the CSR database under pre-qualification category of Building Surveying.
